My journey with sound began long before I ever held a singing bowl in my hands.

For over two decades, I worked in the world of fashion and design, creating through colors, textures, and forms. From the outside, life looked successful, yet somewhere within, there was a quiet longing for something deeper—something that could not be found through achievement alone.

That search gradually led me toward yoga, meditation, silence, and ultimately the ancient path of Nāda Yoga — the Yoga of Sound. What started as curiosity slowly became devotion.

Today, sound is not simply my work; it is my daily practice, my meditation, and my way of relating to life. Through years of exploration and experience, I have come to understand that sound does not heal us. Rather, it helps us remember the natural state of balance, peace, and wholeness that already exists within.

"Sound is the bridge. Silence is the destination."
— Anandamay Ankur

In a world that often asks us to move faster, achieve more, and stay constantly connected, I feel called to create spaces where people can simply pause. Spaces where there is nothing to fix, nowhere to reach, and nothing to become — only an opportunity to rest, breathe, listen, and come home to oneself.

Using Himalayan Singing Bowls, Crystal Singing Bowls, Gongs, mantra, voice resonance, breath awareness, and deep listening practices, I guide gentle sound journeys that invite the nervous system to relax, the mind to soften, and the heart to open.

The greatest gift of Nāda Yoga is not the sound itself, but the silence that follows it. A silence where we can hear ourselves again. A silence where we remember that beneath all the noise of life, peace has always been present.
